At your age you won’t need another…

Once again Miele’s reputation for longevity resulted in this macabre suggestion made by mojo1′s mother when discussing purchasing a new machine with the famous ten-year guarantee.

This time Sheffield Forum member SimonS is in the market for a new washer and mojo1 has passed on those words of wisdom in the form of a Miele recommendation. Boyfriday’s less foreboding testimonial of “…fantastic and sooo quiet!” is more reassuring, while Strix also suggests Miele for their cast iron drum and build quality.

The debate continues however over whether a combined washer-dryer or separate appliances are the way to go. Save space or full-load tumble drying? What would you suggest? Jump into the conversation and have your say.
