A return to the good ol’ days of steam
While steam power has largely gone the way of powdered egg and loose-leaf tea, Miele have continued to improve on the back to the future technology with their new range of combination steam cookers as gadget website T3 revealed yesterday.
Miele pioneered the world’s first steam pressure oven two years ago and their new range refines the process for even greater flexibility. As T3 point out: “…You’ve got three choices of Miele cookers: pure steam, combination steam, and dry heat and pressure steam. In each, steam is generated in a reservoir outside the oven, so you’ll need to strap it to a tap. Each has electronic controls and a clear text display that tells you exactly what to programme next, so even the most cack-handed of cooks can’t go wrong.”
You can read T3′s article in full or check out the full range at Miele’s site.
