Brief encounters - Miele S380 vacuum cleaner review
Ukconsumer75 is something of an expert in the review of vacuum cleaners having previously written five of them over at the Review Centre and this latest one is no different in its thoroughness and attention to detail.
Having previously been a Sebo owner, ukconsumer75 bought the Miele S380 as a replacement for his old K1 and having already purchased an S4210 for his Mum knew what to expect in terms of Miele’s reputation. While he concedes the S380 is slightly more unwieldy to pull around than the S4000 due to its extra weight, unlike its bigger brother it “has a tool tidy storer where the door rises beautifully on well precisioned hinges to show three cleaning tools that fit sugly into their own carry space”. He’s also impressed by the extra length of the S380’s power cord having been frustrated by shorter leads on lesser models in the past.
Although the S380 is due to be replaced by the new S2 line early next year, ukconsumer75 still considers it “an all in one complete vacuum cleaner”. Why not jump over to the Review Centre to read his write-up in full.
Brief encounters - Miele S7210 vacuum cleaner review
“Wow what an I say” opens Sandie Hawkins in the briefest of reviews of Miele’s new S7 upright cleaner the S7210 over on Dooyoo
Not one to mince her words she finds it “glides over the carpet”, is “very easy to use” and “very powerful”. Although she finds the S7 a little on the heavy side for her liking, she concludes her testimonial congratulating Miele on a job well done: “Well done Miele 8 years in the making worth the wait”.
For an more indpeth write-up on the S7 we posted Suburban Mum’s review of her time trialing an S7 in early November which you can also read about here. Pop over and see for yourself.
Brief encounters - Miele Cat & Dog vacuum cleaner review
As the owner of three Persian cats and a Shih Tzu, Machair1 has seen the Miele Cat & Dog as “the cleaner of choice for many years!”. Having “recently bought a new one because I took the other one to a holiday home”, she’s decided that rather than write the usual Dooyoo review full of “details and specifications”, she’d “concentrate on how it actually is living with this machine day in day out!”
And an interesting read it makes, as Machair1 describes how she copes with the pet hair plus her own lengthy locks and those of her two daughters. While she’s the first to admit that this mixture of fur and hair frequently causes problems with the revolving brush tool which means “eventually after a couple of weeks you are forced to take the brush apart to clean it”, she concludes thus: ” Miele are a superb make, my mum buys their washing machines and they go for 20 years. The same is true for these cleaners it’s just be careful about asking yourself how many animals/long haired family members have you really got?”

Brief encounters - Miele Cat & Dog 700 vacuum cleaner review
We’ve covered previous reviews of the Cat & Dog 700 on Forever Better in the past and this latest testimonial over at the Review Centre follows in the same vein.
This time it’s Vizzy3’s who’s put finger to keyboard and rated the Cat & Dog as “the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had”. Awarding the vacuum 8 out of 10 for durability, style and value and a 9 out of 10 for ease of use her only complaint is she finds it heavy to lift although also points out that it “runs smoothly over the floor & is easy to pull after you”.
It’s by no means a lengthy review so jump across to the Review Centre to read her thoughts for youself and rate it if you find it helpful.
